Parking is tight in this older neighborhood. Be courteous to the neighbors. It would be wise to bring a chair for yourself. Refreshments served.
No sign-in is necessary. When you win a bid, give us your name and cell #. Pay at the end of the auction. Cash, credit or debit cards only. Remove trees immediately. Delivery service available.
OFF-SITE AUCTION DETAILS:
Because of the short notification, we understand that many people cannot attend. Therefore, we can arrange for absentee bidding through an email process. Sorry, but live telephone bidding is just not practical for us.
Pick out the trees and/or pots that you would like to bid on. By email, Send Mark Bynum your name, telephone #, Tree Item # and description, maximum bid. For pots: full description with reserve as identification, and maximum bid.
Deadline for this service is 8pm, Friday, November 22.
Proxy bidding is acceptable if payment made on day of auction. If a group would like to send a representative to bid for individuals, let Mark know by email.
We will text you of any winning bids on your behalf and later call you for a card number sometime in the afternoon after the auction. Please be patient.
Trees can be held on-site through the Thanksgiving weekend for pick-up. Any trees not picked up by 4pm Sunday, Dec. 1, will be resold.
